TamamGo is officially registered under CR (7051411879).

The paid subscription fee is for digital services provided by the application and does not represent a direct consideration for rewards or prizes.

Rewards are considered an additional incentive and are subject to the program's terms, eligibility, and budget.

1. Subscription Eligibility

• Subscription is available to all registered users in the application who hold a valid ID.
• The subscriber must own a vehicle (car) and have a valid vehicle registration throughout the subscription period.
• The application targets the age group of 18 to 40 years, and the management has the right to accept or reject subscriptions according to the approved eligibility criteria.
• It is required to complete the monthly subscription and pay the fees in full during the subscription period.

2. Subscription Value

• The monthly subscription fee is 57.50 SAR.
• The subscriber has the right to request a subscription refund within 3 days from the date of payment if the service has not been utilized.

3. Incentive Rewards Programs

• The application offers optional incentive reward programs for its subscribers.
• Some subscribers may be eligible to benefit from financial rewards or benefits up to 1000 SAR after 90 days of commitment.
• Traffic violations for eligibility purposes are calculated starting from 01/06/2025 onwards only; violations before this date are not included in the evaluation.
• Commitment to safe driving is one of the criteria for evaluating reward eligibility.
• The subscriber will be strictly deprived of the reward in the event of committing severe traffic violations such as running a red light, reckless driving, or any behavior that endangers the lives of others.
• Subscription does not result in automatic entitlement to any financial reward.
• The number and value of rewards are determined according to the selection mechanism and the program's budget.

4. Verification Mechanism

• The application management has the right to verify the status of violations through available means.
• The subscriber's non-consent to verification means ineligibility for the reward.

5. Reward Disbursement Method

• If selected among the beneficiaries, the reward (if any) will be disbursed within a maximum of 14 working days.
• The application has the right to determine the disbursement method (bank transfer / electronic wallet).

6. Fraud & Misuse

• In case of suspicion of manipulation or providing incorrect data, the app has the right to cancel the subscription without financial obligation.
• The subscriber has no right to claim the reward if fraud is proven.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The application bears no responsibility for traffic violations or legal obligations falling on the subscriber.
• Subscription is not a guarantee against recording violations.

8. Personal Data

• By agreeing to these terms, the subscriber consents to the use of their data for managing the subscription and verifying eligibility only.
• Data is handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with unauthorized parties.

9. Modification or Cancellation

• The application reserves the right to modify or suspend the program at any time with notice to users.
• Cancellation does not entail any obligation for rewards whose conditions are incomplete.
• Furthermore, cancellation or modification does not entail any obligation to disburse rewards to users who were not actually selected before the cancellation date.

This program is not considered a binding offer or financial commitment, and the subscriber is not entitled to claim any reward as part of an incentive program subject to eligibility conditions and budget.

10. General Provisions

• Subscribing implies full and unconditional agreement to all terms.
• In the event of any dispute, the competent authority is the judicial authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
