1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund Period: Subscribers may request a refund within 3 business days of payment, provided the service has not been utilized.
• After Expiry: No refunds are permitted after the 3-day window or after service utilization.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically; users are responsible for cancelling auto-renewal before the next billing date.

• Eligibility is verified via direct links to vehicle data to ensure compliance with safe driving standards.

3. Fraud & Misuse

• Any attempt to manipulate data, use non-subscriber vehicle data, or create fake accounts will lead to immediate account termination without refund.

4. General Provisions
