1. Membership & Data Verification

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are allowed within 3 days of payment, provided the service has not been utilized. No refunds thereafter.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; users must cancel before the next billing date.

3. Platform Services & Raffle Programs

• Core benefits: Discounts, car valuation, and entry into periodic raffles.
• Subscription does not imply automatic reward entitlement; it depends on raffle outcomes.
• Violations calculated from June 1, 2025, onwards.

4. Fraud & Misuse

Any fraud (e.g., submitting third-party vehicle data to evade violation checks) results in immediate account termination with no refund.

5. General Provisions

Subscription implies unconditional agreement to these terms. Disputes settled under Saudi law.
